When your fire alarm is activated, your remote monitoring system sends a signal to our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) via both mobile and analogue phone networks. Our trained and experienced ARC operator immediately determines if the alarm has been triggered by heat or smoke from a fire, or if it’s a false alarm. In either case, the relevant people will be notified straight away, including the emergency services in the event of a fire, and your designated emergency contacts.
