Scheduler
Location: Leicester, Meridian Business Park
Salary: DOE
Contracted Hours: 37.5 per week
Annual Leave: 25 days per annum (Exclusive of bank holidays)
The Scheduler will be responsible for efficiently planning and coordinating the daily schedules of our team of engineers. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The scheduler will ensure that all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks are scheduled to meet customer service levels by optimising the productivity of our engineering team.
Service Administrator
Location: Leicester, Meridian Business Park
Salary: DOE
Contracted Hours: 37.5 per week
Annual Leave: 25 days per annum (Exclusive of bank holidays)
As a Service Administrator, you are the direct liaison between the CDS Service Desk and our customers for compliance paperwork and invoices. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate compliance details are provided to our clients and keeping them updated as necessary. It requires excellent attention to detail and forward-thinking skills to support the smooth operations of the service desk within the CDS business.
Fire Alarm Service Engineer
Location: Central London
Salary: £35-40,000 per annum (dependent upon qualifications and experience)
Contracted Hours: 37.5 per week
Annual Leave: 25 days per annum (Exclusive of bank holidays)
To service and rectify faults on a variety of fire alarm systems, disabled refuge systems and emergency lighting systems. To help and enhance and further develop our service business and work in a professional manner both as an individual and within our team.
Service Coordinator
Location: Leicester, Meridian Business Park
Salary: £22,000 - £26,000
Contracted Hours: 37.5 per week
Annual Leave: 25 days per annum (Exclusive of bank holidays)
The role focuses on customer service and involves coordinating technicians and subcontractors, managing materials, updating software, handling paperwork, and coordinating job parts and invoicing. The coordinator must be detail-oriented, organised, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.
Projects Commissioning Fire Alarm Engineer
Location: Midlands
Salary: £32-36,000 per annum (dependent upon qualifications and experience)
Contracted Hours: 37.5 per week
Annual Leave: 25 days per annum (Exclusive of bank holidays)
The ideal candidate will have industry experience with a proven track record in the commissioning of a variety of fire alarm & detection systems, disabled refuge systems, air sampling, gas suppression and any other industry related systems as required.
