Servicing and Maintenance at Greystar's Chapter King's Cross
Greystar’s Chapter Kings Cross provides student accommodation within easy reach of all London’s universities. We service, maintain and manage fire protection and life safety systems throughout the accommodation, after managing the installation project itself. Our post-installation programme of planned preventative maintenance is delivered across four quarterly visits by a dedicated team of engineers trained and experienced in the site’s Notifier by Honeywell systems, and working within occupied educational sites including vulnerable students, supported by our on call engineering team, available 24/7, 365 days a year.
Our dedicated service planners work closely with both Greystar’s onsite management teams and students, to coordinate and manage individual site visits and ensure customer service is of the very highest standard. As with all our contracts, we monitor our performance through agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) and are fully compliant – having delivered all works to schedule and budget. We also designed, installed and commissioned the upgrade of the building’s existing Notifier by Honeywell fire alarm system.
