Apprentice Projects Coordinator

Location: Leicester
Salary: £21,000
Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Annual Leave: 25 Days + Bank Holidays

As an Apprentice Projects Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in supporting our projects team with the operational delivery of multiple projects. You’ll gain valuable experience across all aspects of project administration – from documentation creation before a project begins, through resource scheduling during delivery, to gathering final compliance documentation on completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
  • Scheduling and coordinating labour and materials
  • Managing stakeholder communication with customers and contractors
  • Administration of projects throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Gathering and maintaining compliance documentation
  • Adhering to deadlines and supporting resource forecasting

Accounts Apprentice

Location: Leicester
Salary:
Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week (32 hours in the office, 8 hours college day)
Annual Leave: 25 Days + Bank Holidays

As an Accounts Apprentice at CDS, you will begin your career in finance with a mix of hands-on experience and structured study. You’ll work four days per week in our friendly, professional office environment and spend one day a week at college as part of your fully funded apprenticeship programme.

You’ll play an active role in the day-to-day running of the finance department, learning essential skills while contributing to the smooth operation of our business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience and qualifications in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Credit Control – chasing outstanding payments to ensure timely settlement
  • Purchase Ledger – processing purchase invoices and resolving any associated queries
  • Statement Reconciliations – ensuring all invoices are accounted for and correctly recorded
  • Assisting with general finance administration as required
  • Learning and applying key finance principles to support your development

Service Engineer

Location: The North - Leeds/Manchester
Salary: Competitive - DOE
Contracted Hours: 8:00-17:00

As a Systems Service Technician at CDS, you will play a vital role in maintaining and servicing our clients’ systems. You will be responsible for performing routine and annual servicing, responding to emergency breakdowns, and ensuring smooth communication with customers and colleagues. You will also handle general administrative tasks, accurately record data, and prioritise your workload to meet company objectives.

The role requires you to be flexible with working hours and adaptable to changing business demands. You will act as the face of CDS to customers, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanour at all times
