Job Overview: As the direct contact between our service desk and customers, you’ll play a critical role in managing compliance paperwork and invoices. Your keen attention to detail and forward-thinking skills will ensure our clients receive timely and accurate updates.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Invoicing, including Bill In Advance (BIA)
- Reviewing completed works and generating invoices
- Recording additional work requirements on Simpro
- Sending completed paperwork and certifications to customers
- Updating customer portals with relevant information
- Setting up new customer details in Simpro
- Managing contract renewals
- Supporting the service desk and providing holiday/absence cover as needed
